How We Estimate Your Project(s)
Step 1: Give us a call, or schedule a time for us to call you. This will give us a sense of the project you have in mind, and allow us to go over your options.
Step 2: If you decide that Sigma Custom Homes Inc. is right for you, we will visit your home/job site to appraise the project in person. If the job site is unavailable or you are unavailable to meet in person we may provide estimates based on blueprints and an inventory of items.
There are no obligations to call. We are happy to simply answer your questions over the phone before you make any further decisions.
Our Business Philosophy
We take our estimates very seriously, and believe that contractors have a responsibility to homeowners and project managers to be transparent with how costs are estimated. That is why we prefer to provide estimates after visiting the job site. We also strive to provide you with various pricing options to fit a wide range of budgets.
Note to Homeowners: Be wary of contractors who offer you free estimates without visiting the job site or reviewing your blueprints. Costs cannot be accurately estimated for any project without knowing the full scope of work.
